The resident scientists over at K2 Snowboarding have been busy at work perfecting boards and bindings to give riders the best experiences possible. But another fun side job they’ve been working on is to answer the question of how can you elevate your snowboarding experience while on the mountain.
Their answer: Pizza.
The K2 team put their theory to the test on a four-day trip to Summit at Snoqualmie, where they sessioned the park, hit features in the woods, and even dug out a custom mini halfpipe. They also put the kitchen at Pie for the People to the test by ordering 20 extra-large pizzas for the crew and crowds at Summit Central.
Their conclusion: pizza is the way to go when you’re looking to elevate your time on the mountain. Check out the video and you’ll see why. The K2 crew (Yo Amagai, Matt Belzile, Johnny Brady, Tim Eddy, Harry Green, Jake Kuzyk, Keal Martin, Stratton Matteson, Leanne Pelosi, Greg Phillips, Alex Rodway, Destry Serna, Parker Szumowski, and Mark Wilson) killed the park and had fun doing it.
